Our Story
A place where every detail matters
Located on the historic Center Street in Batavia, GAMS Simply Sweet & Savory was born from a simple belief: that great food and drink should be an experience, not just a transaction.
Our founders crafted a space where the artistry of baking meets the sophistication of mixology. Every pastry is hand-shaped, every blend is thoughtfully composed, and every guest is treated like family. This is more than a café — it's a gathering place where memories are made over carefully crafted beverages and freshly baked treats.
